Suspension of Operations March 31, 2014

Dear Bid4golf Members, and Partner Golf Courses,

As scheduled, we have suspended operations on bid4golf, effective March 31, 2014.  This suspension of operations could best be described as indefinite, although it is our hopes that it will not be permanent. With this in mind, we will not be hosting auctions for the foreseeable future and will notify all members well in advance of the resumption of operations, should that occur.

 

Shipping

 

All items won or purchased between now and the completion of the final auction on Tuesday March 18 will be shipped as per the shipping info listed on each auction item. Auction Winners should receive any outstanding items by April 30, 2014. If you wish to receive further information on the status of a shipment, please e-mail us at support@bid4golf.com.

 

Green Fee Passes

 

Bid4golf Green Fee Passes that were issued to its members during auctions will remain completely intact with regard to their expiry dates and terms of use.   When it comes time to play, simply hand the printed Bid4golf Green Fee Pass to the attendant in the pro shop as payment for the associated Green Fee.  If the Pass has not already been redeemed then the attendant will process your payment accordingly.  Any disputes regarding the redemption of unredeemed Green Fee passes should be directed to support@bid4golf.com.   

 

(It may be possible for members to request PDF copies of Green Fee Passes that they were unable to PRINT prior to the advertised March 31, 2014 deadline.  Please be advised that members requesting this type of Retrieval Service will be subject to a $25 processing fee for each Green Fee Pass Retrieval requested.  Please forward all  Retrieval Service  requests to support@bid4golf.com).

 

Vendor Courses, and Vendor Portal

 

The Bid4golf Vendor Portal will not be available to golf courses after March 31, 2014.   As such, Bid4golf will be forwarding a complete record of all of the Green Fee passes issued, and any subsequent pass redemptions that have occurred up to and including the March 31, 2014 deadline.  This record will be sent to the designated golf course contact person and will include any instructions for future Bid4golf pass redemptions.  Any disputes regarding the redemption of unredeemed Green Fee passes should be directed to support@bid4golf.com.

 

Real Bids and Refunds

 

At the completion of our final auctions, many of you may still have unused purchased REAL bids remaining in your account. For those members that wish to receive a refund for those real bids that were purchased but not yet used, we will be happy to provide you with a cheque for the full amount of remaining bids in your account. Please contact us at support@bid4golf.com and we will reply with a refund request form. Simply fill it out and send it back to us and we will forward you a cheque immediately. Please have all refund request forms sent to us by April 30, 2014 to ensure prompt delivery.  As per the terms and conditions, Mulligan Bids have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds. We are committed to ensure that all terms and conditions as accepted by its members at the time of registration, and more specifically as they relate to Bid4golf's Refund Policies, will be honored.

 

The last 12 months have been a roller coaster ride to say the least. We are very proud of the relationships we have formed and are thrilled that so many of you took the time to join our site and experience bid4golf.
